The Information we collect
When you order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, billing address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status.

When you sign up for our special mailing list we need only an email address -- which we use to send the information you requested. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by BannersDirect Ltd for the purpose it was given.

How we protect credit card information
No credit card or payment information is required up front. After your order is confirmed Credit Card payments are made through a seperate secure Credit Card Processing company such a Paymate or PalPal. The money is then transferred to us so we do not receive or store your credit card details.

If you feel more comfortable doing so you can also transfer payment directly into our bank account.

Security

Do you make any customer details available to third parties?   
Never, and that includes your email address.

Change of privacy policy   
If we change our privacy policy so that it will affect you in any significant way, we will notify you beforehand, using the most recent email address we have on file for you.
